Best Iced Coffee In Miami

We don't know how anyone drinks hot coffee here (but hey, we do it too).

Now that the weather is about to get super sticky, we've pulled together some of our favorite iced coffees in town. Here they are, in no particular order.

① Panther Coffee in Wynwood and Miami Beach
Cold brew (12 oz. $3.50, 16 oz. $4.50) has become a staple in our hot, humid city. The beans are cold pressed overnight, resulting in a brew with a concentrated punch that puts coladas to shame.

② Eternity Coffee in Downtown
The fully decked-out brewing lab inevitably makes some of the best iced coffee ($4.05) and cold brew ($3.50) in town. If you're looking to sate a sweet tooth, the iced caramel latte ($4.35) and dirty chai ($4.85) hit that spot.

③ Aroma Espresso Bar in South Beach and Sunny Isles
It's the best spot on the beach to grab an iced cappuccino (16 oz. $4.25, 20 oz. $4.75) with a wispy layer of froth–the perfect pick-me-up before hitting the beach.

④ Café Demetrio in Coral Gables
One of the best lunch spots in the area is also a great afternoon coffee stop. The iced mocha ($3.75) and iced latte ($3.50) are great, but if you feel like treating yourself, nothing beats the decadent frappés.

⑤ Pasion del Cielo in Coral Gables and Doral
The iced latte ($6.05), brewed with Blue Mountain Jamaica coffee beans–at any of the locations of our very own local coffee chain–will rock your world. New spot coming to Midtown soon.

⑥ SpecialTEA Lounge in Sweetwater
Hot beverage aficionados love this darling little joint, which uses 100 percent organic fair-trade beans. The coffee is cold-brewed for more than 12 hours, but it's the iced Vietnamese coffee that keeps us coming back.

⑦ Tinta y Café in Brickell
These two words will change your caffeinated life forever: colada chiller ($3.75).

⑧ Alaska Coffee Roasting in North Miami
The java slingers get bonus points for using the term "Toddy style" to explain their cold-brewing process (small $3.00, medium $3.50, large $4.00). Share one of the homemade pizza pies over some cold brews, the caffinated type.
