Champagne and pommeau cocktail from The Chesnut Bar in Brooklyn, NY

Ingredients

• 1 ounce pommeau (such as Camut Pommeau du Domaine de Semainville; available at Astor Wines & Spirits)
• 6 ounces chilled Champagne or sparkling wine

Directions

1. Pour the pommeau into a Champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine.
