  • Salt, for rimming
  • Lime wedges, for rimming and garnish
  • Ice
  • 6 to 7 dashes Tapatio hot sauce
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of Tajin Fruit and Snack Seasoning
  • One 12-ounce Mexican beer (Pacifico, Negro Modelo or Tecate)
  1. Moisten the rim of a Collins glass with lime and dip it in salt.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and add the Tapatio, Worcestershire, lime juice and Tajin seasoning.
  3. Top with beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
