- Ice
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- ¾ ounce honey syrup*2 ounces Applejack 7½ year aged
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and serve. *To make honey syrup, dissolve three parts of honey in one part hot water.
