The Berkshire Bitter, adapted from Eastern Standard Kitchen and Drinks

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces Greylock Gin
  • ¾ ounce Yellow Chartreuse
  • ¾ ounce Brew Bitter (see Note)
  • Ice
  • :::Note: To make Brew Bitter, stir together 3 ounces Luxardo Fernet, 1 ounce Cynar and ½ ounce Creole Orange Shrubb.:::

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, top with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled rocks glass and serve.
