Ingredients

Ice
1 1⁄2 ounces blended Scotch, preferably Johnnie Walker Black
3⁄4 ounce ruby port
1⁄2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 ounce pure maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura or Fee Brothers Old Fashion bitters
Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain into a small wine glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
