  • 1 strawberry, plus ½ strawberry for garnish1 ounce mezcal1 ounce Luxardo Amaro
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Ice
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the whole strawberry and the mezcal. Add the Amaro, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters, and fill the shaker with ice. Shake and strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the remaining strawberry half and serve.
