Aquavit Negroni, adapted from Scott Baird of 15 Romolo

Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ounce North Shore aquavit
- 1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
- 1 ounce Gran Classico Bitter
- 1 large piece lemon peel
Directions
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker, then the aquavit, vermouth and Gran Classico Bitter. Stir about 15 times. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the lemon peel.
