Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 ounce gin (preferably Oxley)
  • 1 ounce fresh Ruby Red grapefruit juice
  • ¾ ounce St-Germain
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • 3 ounces dry sparkling wine

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, juice, St-Germain and bitters and shake lightly. Top off with the sparkling wine. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or Champagne flute and serve.
