Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Boru Irish Vodka
  • ½ ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce pickle juice
  • Pickle chip
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the pickle chip and serve.
