Ingredients
  • Ice
  • ¾ ounce brandy
  • ¾ ounce sloe gin
  • ¼ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce heavy whipping cream
  • 1 whole egg
  • Nutmeg for garnish
Directions
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake vigorously to break up and emulsify the egg. Strain into a chilled wineglass and garnish with freshly ground nutmeg.
