Ingredients
- Ice
- ¾ ounce brandy
- ¾ ounce sloe gin
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce heavy whipping cream
- 1 whole egg
- Nutmeg for garnish
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake vigorously to break up and emulsify the egg. Strain into a chilled wineglass and garnish with freshly ground nutmeg.
