Ingredients
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar2 tablespoons coarse-grain mustard2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Whisk together all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately over salad greens, fish or roasted vegetables.
