Tequila Sunset with Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup from from Dan Latimer, Husk Restaurant, Charleston, SC

Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces añejo tequila
  • ¾ ounce Jack Rudy Cocktail Company tonic syrup
  • 3 drops Bob's grapefruit bitters
  • Fresh grapefruit juice
  • Soda water
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the tequila, tonic syrup and bitters, and stir. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts grapefruit juice and soda water (about 2 ounces each). Shake gently for 2 to 3 seconds and pour the contents into a Collins glass.
