This minty, refreshing drink is perfect for a party or a hot summer afternoon.

Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves, torn
  • 2 ounces Plymouth gin
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Soda
  • Mint spring, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass, add the mint leaves and lightly muddle. Add the remaining ingredients and fill the mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into a highball over fresh ice. Top with soda and garnish with a large mint sprig.
