Ingredients
  • 1 ½ ounces Plymouth gin
  • ½ ounce crème de Violette
  • ¼ ounce limoncello
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • Ice
  • Absinthe, for rinse
  • Brandied cherry, for garnish
Directions
  1. Combine the gin, crème de Violette, limoncello and lime juice in the body of the Perlini and fill with ice. Pressurize, shake and let rest. Decant into an absinthe-rinsed glass and garnish with the brandied cherry.
