Buttermilk-Peppercorn Dressing

Buttermilk-Peppercorn Dressing
  • 1 cup full-fat buttermilk
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely-chopped fresh chives
  1. In a medium bowl combine the buttermilk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chives. Refrigerate until ready to use.
