Ingredients
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 bar spoons granulated sugar
- 1 ounce club soda
- 2½ ounces bourbon
- Crushed ice
- Lemon wedge
Directions
- In a Collins glass or julep cup, combine the thyme, sugar and soda. Use a bar spoon to muddle gently, until some of the sugar has dissolved. Add the bourbon and the crushed ice and stir until chilled. Garnish with the lemon wedge and serve.
