Ingredients
  • 2 sprigs thyme, plus one for garnish
  • :::¾ ounce simple syrup (1:1):::
  • 2 ounces Banks 5 Island Rum
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • Ice
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle two of the thyme sprigs and the simple syrup. Add the rum, lemon juice and ice; shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
