Jackie's Packie cocktail from Trina's Starlite Lounge, Cambridge, MA

Ingredients

Ice
1½ ounces gin
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
:::¾ ounce simple syrup (1:1):::
4 ounces Bud Light Lime
Lemon twist
Preserved cherry (preferably bourbon-soaked)

Directions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with the Bud Light Lime and stir once to mix. Garnish with the lemon twist and the cherry and serve.
