Ingredients

  • Turbinado Simple Syrup
  • ½ cup turbinado sugar (Sugar in the Raw)
  • ½ cup water
  •  
  • Cocktail
  • 2 ounces Raynal brandy 
  • ½ ounce Cherry Heering
  • 1 large egg white
  • ¼ ounce Turbinado Simple Syrup 
  • 1 ounce cold-brew coffee

Directions

  1. Place a coffee mug (preferably made of clear glass) in the freezer to chill.
  2. Make the simple syrup: In a small saucepan set over medium heat, combine the sugar and water. Heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes. Cool slightly, then pour into an airtight container and refrigerate.
  3. Make the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine the brandy, Cherry Heering, egg white, cold turbinado simple syrup and coffee. Cover, shake and strain into the chilled coffee mug. Serve immediately.
