A refreshing recipe for Labor Day

Ingredients

  • Club soda
  • 2 ounces lemon sorbet
  • 2 ounces whiskey

Directions

  1. Place the club soda in the freezer until ice flecks begin to form in the bottle. In a Collins glass, add the lemon sorbet and the bourbon. Top with the iced club soda. Accessorize with a hand-held fan and an air of languor.
