Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces gin
  • 1 ounce Byrrh
  • ½ ounce Salers gentian liqueur
  • Ice
  • Orange peel
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass, add the gin, Byrrh and Salers. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange peel. Serve.
