Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1½ ounces Cana Brava rum 
  • ¾ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ½ ounce Demerara syrup
  • ¼ ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 2 to 3 dashes of Fig Bitters

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the rum, lime juice, syup, allspice dram and fig bitters. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Serve.
