Ingredients
  • 3 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups assorted candy, such as candy corn, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Kit Kats and M&M's
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Over medium-low heat, heat 1 cup of water in the bottom of a medium double boiler until it's just barely simmering. Place the bittersweet chocolate in the top of the double boiler and heat until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour the chocolate onto a parchment-lined sheet tray and spread to a ¼ inch thickness. Place the candy pieces onto the chocolate, making sure all the pieces adhere to the chocolate.
  2. Meanwhile, over low heat, heat ½ cup of water in the bottom of a small double boiler until it's just barely simmering. Place the white chocolate in the top of the double boiler and heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and warm, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Using a metal spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the bark, to create a zigzag pattern over the top. Chill the bark in the refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes. Cut the bark into irregular pieces and serve.
