Ingredients
  • ΒΌ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce pear juice, chilled
  • 2 ounces gin
  • Ice
  • Dry sparkling wine, chilled
  • Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the lemon and pear juices, gin and ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
