Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara of Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad share a deep and abiding love for New York.

They shout it from the cover of their soon-to-be-released cookbook, I LOVE NY: Ingredients and Recipes (Ten Speed Press; $50); they honor it with stories of more than 50 local farms, and they fête the products of the region's fields, orchards and rivers with 150 recipes for the home cook.
