Gordon Ramsay's New Vegas Restaurant Is Opening Soon
Chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay is renowned just as much for being an international chef and restaurateur as he is for his fiery disposition and blunt critique of aspiring chefs on his reality show, "Hell's Kitchen." And with his cookbooks — including "Ramsay in 10," "Gordon Ramsay Quick and Delicious," and more — Ramsay shares his culinary expertise with home chefs looking to hone their skills in their own kitchens, per the chef's website. He gets even more personal with home cooks on TikTok (where he has nearly 35 million followers), mainly ridiculing strange concoctions like pumpkin chicken, but also offering tidbits of kitchen wisdom in between his fiery insults.
While he's known for sharing practical cooking tips online (like how to sear the perfect steak), Ramsay is also no stranger to owning and operating a number of incredibly successful restaurants. The seven-time Michelin-star chef already owns nearly 60 food establishments across the globe, per Parade. His restaurants stateside can be found cross-country from California to Massachusetts, and he is currently gearing up to open his newest venture, Ramsay's Kitchen, on the Las Vegas Strip.
Ramsay's Kitchen is headed to Las Vegas
Ramsay's Kitchen, found inside Harrah's Las Vegas Hotel at 3475 South Las Vegas Boulevard, is set to open with a soft launch on Thursday, Nov. 10, as reported by Eater. The restaurant marks the chef's sixth Las Vegas restaurant in partnership with Caesars Entertainment, per a press release.
The restaurant, which seats up to 244 guests, will deliver a casual and refined dining experience, taking patrons around the globe through the exotic flavors Ramsay incorporates into his dishes. Ramsay's Kitchen promises a "sophisticated yet approachable menu" (via Gordon Ramsay Restaurants) including Ramsay's signature dish, beef Wellington, and new takes on traditional dishes for a unique dining experience. The menu "will offer a mix of original specialties infused with Vegas flair," per the press release, including a seafood counter, full bar, and private dining room.
Reservations can be made online via OpenTable and Ramsay's Kitchen will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. This will be the second location of Ramsay's Kitchen, as the celebrity chef first introduced the concept to Boston's Back Bay neighborhood in January 2022.
