Experience

Passionate about food and sustainability, Annabelle has been creating recipes, and writing for her blog The Flexitarian, which focuses on the health, ethical and environmental impacts of food consumption since 2013. Her hope is to encourage people to eat less meat and other animal products and embrace more of a plant-based diet. In parallel, she is the co-founder and director of By Nature Ltd, an online eco-retailer selling a wide range of ethical and sustainable products.
Back in 2016, she worked as a tutor for Sutton People's Kitchen delivering Healthy Eating & Cooking Classes for children and adults in her local Sutton area.

Annabelle has a BS and MBA in Business from Winthrop University, SC.
