Kourtney (Aunt Koko to those she loves most) is an only child who cooks for attention. After forgoing a career in academia, where she earned her Masters studying Feminist Film Theory and taught a romantic comedies course, she pivoted to working in restaurants where the intense work environment matches her manic energy.

Following a brief(ish) stint in sunny LA, Kourtney moved home to Portland, Oregon where she continues to build (and drink) wine lists.
