Chris has been writing for over a decade about food, wine, travel and lifestyle. In addition to writing for Tasting Table, he is the Cabo San Lucas local expert for the USA Today travel website 10 Best, co-writer of Fodor's Los Cabos travel guidebook, and a contributor to numerous websites and publications, including Marriott Bonvoy Traveler, Forbes Travel Guide, Porthole Cruise, and Cabo Living. He has been a full-time resident of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico since 2010, where he enjoys golfing, going to the beach, and endless tacos. Before becoming a writer, he worked in the hospitality industry, and is a certified sommelier.


Chris earned a bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing, and a master's degree in Humanities from San Francisco State University.
