Milk Bar's New Fall Menu Items Feature A Delectable Lineup Of Seasonal Flavors
Milk Bar, pastry chef Christina Tosi's sweet shop featuring cakes, cookies, soft serve, cake truffles, and more, has just announced exciting new fall menu items that are full of flavor. Most widely known for its famous and bestselling Birthday Cake, Milk Bar has thrilled fans with its seasonal and holiday lineups and its latest menu collection does not disappoint.
Per a press release sent to Tasting Table, the new items include a Gooey Marshmallow Batter Brownie, a Pumpkin Coffee Cake and Truffles, which consists of crunchy cinnamon streusel, pumpkin cheesecake filling, and pumpkin frosting, and a Pumpkin Milk Bar Pie — a pecan pie-like fudgy fall treat.
For lovers of all things chocolate, there's a Candy Bar Pie and a Candy Bar Sundae. The Candy Bar Pie is a dense delicacy covered in pretzels and chocolate while its sundae counterpart features chocolate fudge soft serve topped with shortbread cookie crumble and caramel drizzle.
There's also a Caramel Apple Pie Cake with layers of caramel cake filled with apples, vanilla caramel, and small pieces of cinnamon pie crumb — all topped with ice cream frosting and ice cream crumb. And last but not least, the seasonal menu is rounded out with the Chocolate PB Crunch Pie — a chocolate shell filled with peanut butter and crunchy rice cereal and topped with a chocolate and peanut coating.
Where and when each new item is available
Milk Bar has 12 total bakeries across five cities in the U.S., including New York City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Seattle, and Washington D.C. The bakeries are certainly limited, but many of their items are available to ship online for Milk Bar fans who live elsewhere. So where can you find the new seasonal items?
The Pumpkin Coffee Cake and Truffles, the Pumpkin Milk Bar Pie, the Caramel Apple Pie Cake, and the Chocolate PB Crunch Pie are all available online and at bakeries nationwide. However, none of them have been released quite yet. Instead, the Pumpkin Coffee and Truffles will be released on September 18, followed by the rest on October 16. The Candy Bar Sundae, starting September 18, will be available at each of the bakeries, but, unfortunately, not online.
The Gooey Marshmallow Batter Brownie and the Candy Bar Pie will be sold only at Milk Bar's flagship stores in New York City and Los Angeles, with the Gooey Marshmallow Batter Brownie available now and the Candy Bar Pie set for release on October 1. If you're interested in any of these seasonal items, it's best you check out your local Milk Bar — or their online store — sooner rather than later. They will only be available until November 27.
