Two Robbers Seltzer Company and Grillo's Pickles have released a very special pickle-flavored collaboration: pickle hard seltzer. The hard seltzer is 5.2% alcohol by volume and is loaded with Grillo's dill pickle flavor.
Philadelphia-based Two Robbers Seltzer Company is responsible for numerous refreshing hard seltzer flavors including Black Cherry Lemon and Pineapple Ginger. But packing each can with flavorful pickle brine is a unique twist on hard seltzer, which has risen in popularity in the last few years, becoming a summer go-to beverage.
"People save our brine to drink and reuse, long after they've finished their pickles," says Eddie Andre, Vice President of Brand at Grillo's Pickles in a press release. "With this collaboration, I'm excited to bring our signature brine to customers as a ready-to-drink beverage with a twist."

Every batch of this seltzer is brimming with pickle-y goodness, using more than 20 gallons of brine from Grillo's. As such, each can contain notes of garlic, dill, salt, and vinegar. This is not the first time that Grillo's Pickles has collaborated to apply their delicious pickle brine across different foods — past successes with chips, hummus, and other foods have paved the way toward this seltzer collaboration.
While Grillo's regularly finds unique ways to collaborate with other brands and bring its pickle flavor to more products, they are often short-lived, and this new hard seltzer venture is no exception.
