KFC Is Adding Pickle Fried Chicken to Its Menu

Your 2 favorite food groups, finally coming together

Every fried chicken aficionado knows that crispy tenders just taste better when pickles are part of the equation. And it seems like America's fast-food chain specializing in crispy, deep-fried goodness has finally gotten the hint.

Starting June 25, KFC will begin selling pickle fried chicken in the form of sandwiches, tenders and, of course, its classic fried chicken, all coated in a tangy buttermilk pickle sauce alongside the requisite pickle slices.

"People are crazy about pickles, and pickle-flavored products are becoming today's trendiest menu item," Andrea Zahumensky, KFC's chief marketing officer, says (to the surprise of no one).

So grab your pickle soda and pickle soft-serve, and get prepared to get in line, as KFC locations are selling these limited-edition menu items only until they run out. (In which case, we have a solution for you.)
