Hidden among the belongings of your parents' house are the many long-forgotten ties, unused picture frames and #1 Dad mugs your father has been willingly collecting with a smile each year. This year, though, is going to be different. Your gift could be a round-trip visit to Jim Beam's distillery—for just $25.
The bourbon company is offering a Bonding Over Bourbon Experience for booze aficionados. The package includes round-trip flights for two to Kentucky, a two-night stay at a Louisville hotel and a tour of the distillery where visitors will get to meet seventh-generation master distiller Fred Noe. Night one will end with dinner for two at a Louisville restaurant where Dad will most certainly declare you his favorite child, and to keep the love coming, a complimentary round of golf.
"With this unique Father's Day gift package, we hope to provide the perfect setting for fathers and sons or daughters to share some stories, create some new memories, and enjoy some good bourbon together with the Beam family," Fred Noe tells Travel + Leisure.
The experience became available last week and sold out in only a couple of minutes. Luckily, the brand is continuously restocking up until Father's Day.
