½ ounce Giffard passion fruit liqueur
2 ounces grapefruit juice
4 ounces Bagatrioni sparkling wine
Grapefruit peel, for garnish
Pour the passion fruit liqueur and grapefruit juice into the bottom of a glass, and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with the grapefruit peel and serve.
