Experience
Always being active in life has given Kimmy the the drive to help others do the same. After college, she found herself in many entrepreneurial roles as she navigated through corporate retail positions and co-creating a subscription box business. Finding time to stay active and making health a priority, she was able to create healthy recipe options for her growing family and health needs. Kimmy started blogging, and guest posting, several years ago creating the foundation to share her knowledge of nutrition with others. Now, in one of her favorite roles as a nutrition coach, she is able to help others learn to live a healthy lifestyle while the eat to feel great!
Education
Kimmy has a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of New Hampshire. She has since focused on nutritional and healthy living coaching studies achieving certifications from NASM.
