All-Natural Popcorn By G.H. Cretors

All-natural popcorn from G.H. Cretors

Most commercial popcorn, with its artificial flavorings and sweeteners, leaves us feeling deflated.

G.H. Cretors' line of popped corn ($36 to $39 for a dozen 6.5- or 8-ounce bags), on the other hand, explodes with all-natural flavor.

The company, now in its fifth family generation, has a history in popcorn that dates all the way back to 1885, when Charles Cretors invented the popcorn machine.

G.H. Cretors' popped corn is made in copper kettles without artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. For the Just the Cheese version, for instance, real cheddar cheese is melted into the kettle before the corn is popped. We're also partial to the sweet-and-savory Chicago Mix, which combines cheesy poofs with delightfully crunchy caramel corn.

The classic Kettle Corn, seasoned lightly with sea salt and cane sugar, tastes better and fluffier than anything we've made on the stovetop.

And that's the end of this puff piece.
