We have already trumpeted this Alphabet City's bargain-basement Wednesday fried chicken dinner for two. But the restaurant's tidy menu is equally fine on a weekend afternoon. The fried catfish is as sublime as the fried chicken, and the grilled pimento cheese sandwich is a Southern-kissed godsend.
