The new Peruvian restaurant offers a slew of combination dishes like "rice festival" and "causa festival." We look forward to trying these with friends. On a recent visit, we couldn't stop eating piquant (but not palate-busting) swai fish smoked in a corn husk or shrimp served in velvety aji de gallina sauce. Grilled octopus and asparagus were simple, but expertly cooked.
