Urban Oven

Another pizza oven on wheels! The sight isn't quite as novel any more, thanks to the Fox Pizza Bus, but the pies served by this mobile outfit are worth tracking down regardless. Our favorite was the fennel sausage, which is finished with a golden dusting of fennel pollen.
