Tsujita

There are days when we crave ramen, and then there are days when we crave Tsujita ramen. The flavor of the broth simmered at this Sawtelle noodle spot is just that much deeper and richer, the noodles cooked to that difficult-to-capture moment between underdone and too tender. We've yet to find better ramen (or tsukemen) in L.A.
