Orenchi Ramen

Orenchi usually scores some kind of medal in the rankings of Bay Area ramen obsessives. And its tonkotsu ramen is exceptional, the meaty pork-bone broth balanced out with chicken stock. But you have only a week or two left to try Orenchi's tsukemen ramen before it disappears for the winter. The thick ramen noodles are served plain alongside a bowl of a double-rich "dipping" broth, its flavor amped up with braised pork, black vinegar and sesame seeds.
