This classic Echo Park diner has been undergoing a gradual overhaul over the past few months. One recent menu addition is a delicious pulled-pork sandwich. Rather than looking to the South, this sandwich's flavors are influenced by Italy: The pork is simmered into tender defeat in a bath of red wine and herbs.
