This Baja-style taco spot has continued to draw the crowds ever since it moved indoors. The kitchen's version of the quesadilla, called a vampiro, adds a pungent garlic sauce to the crisp tortilla and gooey, melted cheese. We like ours filled with carne asada and dressed with pickled red onions and runny guacamole from the well-stocked salsa bar.
