Ozzie Gundogdu and Omer Cengiz's new bar, which looks out over an always-entertaining stretch of Polk Street, carries upward of 40 varieties of cider made in Europe and the States. You can go for the bubbly and sweet, as with Fox Barrel's blackberry cider, or try a dry, funky British farmhouse cider such as the Ross-on-Wye. For us, the sweet spot comes in the form of Wandering Aengus Ciderworks' Wanderlust, with a bit of the barnyard on the nose but a crisp, apple-y finish.
