There is no pairing as hallowed in beer geekdom as craft sausages and craft brews. At Rosamunde's chill Mission location–a grown-up Zeitgeist, really–both are worth seeking out for their own merits. The paprika-laced Hungarian sausages and the sage-scented, skinny Nuerenberger bratwursts go particularly well with kraut and grilled onions; there's a vegan kielbasa, if you don't eat meat. And the beer list ranges from Anchor Steam to Ommegang's Belgian pale ale.
