Bloom Wynwood

Our summer bar of choice is in the plant-lined courtyard at the new Bloom Wynwood. Pair the fabulous garden-themed cocktails with the small plates, inspired by Latin and Asian street food. Try tuna-seaweed "tacos," punctuated with crunchy jicama-and-nashi-pear slaw: Eat them quickly, lest they get soggy. Custard-like sweet eggplant in cinnamon-soy glaze is not listed as a dessert, but is a superb finale.
