We've listed Alma here before, and recently. But here's the thing: The menu has almost completely changed, and it might shift significantly again in the next few weeks or days. That's just the nature of this restaurant. And the reinvention is a positive thing, as the new dishes we tried on our last visit, including a salad of warm duck breast with chanterelles and blackberries, are just as inventive and delicious as the plates that originally sold us on Ari Taymor's spot on Broadway.
