Skewers may be in the name of this Sunset restaurant, but considering that the staff spends the evening folding dumplings, that's what you should order. (The owner is also behind Kingdom of Dumpling.) We particularly love the varieties with pork and cabbage, lamb, or pork and Chinese chive. For skewers, skip the meat in favor of the excellent grilled vegetables, lightly smoky and speckled with toasted cumin.
