Miami Spice Starts Again

August and September prix fixe specials are offered at restaurants throughout Miami, although this year they're offered in two tiers. One tier of restaurants, including Bourbon Steak and The Dutch, offers dinner at $39. Lunch, if available, is $23. The other tier, including spots like Talavera and Bloom, offers dinner for $33 and lunch (if available) for $19.
